The East Hampton Village Ambulance Association was founded by the Village of East Hampton in 1975. We presently have 44 members, including, 3 EMT-CCs, 24 EMT-Bs, 22 Drivers, and 5 Attendants. On average, we respond to approximately 1300 calls a year.

The East Hampton Village Ambulance Association is the busiest ambulance squad on the South Fork of Long Island, New York. We utilize 8 on-call (not in-house), squads at night and Day squads. We also utilize paid per-diem ALS providers on duty 7 days a week, 24 Hours, and 365 days a year to assist with Advanced Life Support calls in the district.

We presently operate 3 New York State ALS Certified Ambulances, 1 per-diem First Responder (80 unit) and 1 BLS equipped first responder as well as a Mass Casualty Trailer that carries supplies for a large-scale medical event.
